Sven Ruin brought to my attention the test summary report on Solid Wind’s 14-meter diameter, 25 kW wind turbine. The report was issued in mid-2015.
What is significant, says Ruin, is the consumer label at the end or the report. The label is much like that issued by the Small Wind Certification Council in North America. For example, the Danish wind turbine is expected to generate 57,000 kWh per year at an average reference wind speed of 5 m/s.
