Photos of Building Integrated & Rooftop Wind Turbines
Of the wind turbines shown here, only the turbines atop 12W in Portland, Oregon were probably in service. I doubt that the Windspire turbines on the side of the San Francisco Public Utility Commission building were operating, though they were slowly “turning.”
For why mounting wind turbines on, atop, or integrated into a building is a bad idea, see the following articles.
Four Skystream turbines atop 12 W in downtown Portland, Oregon. The building houses and was designed by an architectural firm. The towers and their mounting system were specifically designed for the application by the architects for this purpose.

Southwest Windpower Air model micro-turbine on a fire lookout atop Bald Mountain in the Sierra Nevada National Forest in 2006. The turbine was tied off so it wouldn't annoy the ranger.
Mariah Windspire Vertical-Axis Wind Turbine installed as part of the San Francisco Public Utility Commission building in San Francisco in 2015. It’s unlikely the controversial installation ever generated any usable energy. This was part of a move by architects and small wind turbine manufacturers to use wind turbines as architectural bling.
