I’ve posted a model feed-in tariff bill for use by feed-in tariff advocates in the US. The bill is very basic and directs the state utility commission to determine nearly all the details. This bill was designed to meet Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requirements and was intended for use in the Indiana General Assembly.
