On 26 June 2019 the Raleigh, North Carolina News & Observer reported that James Allen Rowan of Mag-Wind fame appeared in federal court in an orange jump suit to stand trial for fraud.
Rowan lost his fight against extradition from Saskatchewan, Canada to the United States in early 2019. He was found hiding in the basement of his home in Saskatoon by one of the people he had defrauded in the spring of 2018.
