The customer would be credited on their electric bill for 100% of the kWh produced by their solar system at a Value-of-Solar Factor (currently 12.8 cents per kWh). The Value-of-Solar Factor will be updated each year. This new approach is designed to compensate customers for the full value of the power produced by their solar systems.
