The feed-in tariff is currently applicable to electricity generated from plants gen¬erating electricity from renewable sources with an installed capacity not exceed¬ing 15 MW (“Preferential Producers”), and that have concluded an agreement with a term of up to fifteen (15) years for the purchase of electricity with the wholesale public supplier (presently KESH Sh.A.).
